In short: if The Traffic Ladder isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. No questions asked.
How long you have
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the date you bought the course. The date is on your Paystack receipt.
How to ask
Email shuaibtimimi@gmail.com with "Refund" in the subject line. Send it from the email you bought with, or tell us that email in your message. If you have your Paystack receipt reference, include it. It helps us find your payment faster.
You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount you paid, to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack.
- Your bank decides how long it takes to appear. It's often a few business days, sometimes longer.
- If your bank charged currency conversion or other fees when you paid, those are set by your bank and may not be returned.
- Once the refund is made, your access to the course ends.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases can't be refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
